State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred June 17 on Oak Street in Rush Township. During the incident, a 30-year-old Osceola Mills man, Randy L. Kramer, and the victim allegedly engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical when he pushed her and caused her to fall. Charges were filed through the district court.
- State police received a report about an alleged sexual assault that occurred at various times from 2004 through 2013 in Rush Township. State police are continuing the investigation at this time.
DuBois City
- Police received a report about a suspicious male who appeared to be disoriented at the intersection of DuBois Street and DuBois Avenue. When police spoke to him, he stated he was waiting for the bus. Police cleared the scene without incident.
- Police received a report about a stray dog that was running loose and getting into garbage in the area of Pifer Street. However, the dog was gone upon police arrival.
- Police received a report about two males who were arguing and screaming obscenities at the basketball court. Upon arrival, police made contact with a group of teens, and they denied any issues. Police requested that they leave the park for the evening.
Sandy Township
- On Sunday police reported a Harper Road resident turned over a utility knife that appeared to have been used as drug paraphernalia. The knife was disposed of properly by police.
- On Sunday police received a report from a 17-year-old Treasure Lake resident. He told police that he’d gone to check his mother’s house while she’s in jail and found the 75-inch flat screen television was missing.
- On Sunday police received a report from a Tozier Avenue resident who stated that small kids were riding scooters on the street. However, the kids were gone upon police arrival.
- On Monday police received a report from a Bon Ton employee who stated that another employee who has harassed her in the past was in her close proximity. Police said that the man did not speak to the woman.
- On Monday police received a report that Onstar had received a call from a vehicle in the Save A Lot parking lot. Police located the vehicle’s owner in the store and determined the call was accidental.
