State police at Clearfield
- State police reported a drug-related incident that occurred Tuesday on Main Street in Ramey Borough. According to state police, a vehicle was stopped after summary traffic violations. An Osceola Mills man was allegedly found to be in possession of multiple individual bags of marijuana. Charges will be filed upon approval from the District Attorney.
State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an attempted theft that occurred Monday at the Black Moshannon concession building in Rush Township. During the incident, a male suspect allegedly attempted to steal a cash register. State police said while fleeing, he dropped it and took off into the woods. He was seen operating an older Sedan that is faded maroon in color earlier in the day. State police described the suspect as being in his late 20’s or early 30’s with the sides of his head shaved with longer hair on top and in a ponytail. He possibly has a birthmark on his face. State police are continuing their investigation at this time, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Philipsburg barracks at 814-342-3370.
Lawrence Township
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a female on Park Avenue Extension.
- Police received a report about an alleged assault at a facility on Leonard Street.
- Police received a report about a disabled tractor-trailer on the Clearfield-Shawville Highway.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred at a facility on Leonard Street.
- Police received a report about a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Turnpike Avenue Extension. No injuries were reported as a result.
- Police were requested to assist Mobile Crisis personnel with a 302 warrant at Lawrence Park Village.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle on Dorey Street involving a possibly intoxicated male.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of an elderly male on Clarendon Avenue.
- Police received a report about a drug violation on Turnpike Avenue.
- Police received a report about a drug violation on Race Street.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of criminal mischief on Pifer Road. It remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about a missing person from the Golden Rod area.
DuBois City
- Police, along with emergency personnel, were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive male who had possibly overdosed on drugs at a South Jared Street address. Upon arrival to the scene, the male was administered Naloxone. He became responsive but was extremely combative, police said. He was subsequently transported to the hospital for further treatment.
- Police assisted emergency personnel with a drug overdose on Robinson Street.
- Police received a report from a homeowner who had chased a group of kids away from his West Weber Avenue address. He told police they were hitting his home with their hands. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the group of kids.
- Police received a report about a verbal domestic dispute on West Scribner Avenue. Both parties separated, police said, and there wasn’t any further action necessary.
- Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on South Brady Street. According to the report, both vehicles were traveling southbound when the first hit the second one in the rear bumper. No injuries and minor damage were reported, and the operators exchanged the necessary information.
