State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred June 2-5 on Walnut Street in Philipsburg Borough. - State police reported a drug violation occurred June 8 on Interstate 99 northbound at mile-marker 65.4 in Huston Township. According to state police, a traffic stop was initiated and there was a probable cause search with assistance from a K9 unit. As a result, a 34-year-old DuBois man, Matthew J. Shafer, a 28-year-old Brockway woman, Rebecca J. Veltri and a 34-year-old Rockton woman, Jessica M. Larson-Smith were allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. Charges have been filed through the district court.
- On Sunday state police received a report about a cell phone that was found in the backyard of a residence in the 400 block of North Sixth Street in Philipsburg Borough. The owner can contact the Philipsburg barracks at 814-342-3370 to claim the cell phone.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred May 6 in a parking area at the intersection of Routes 210 and 119. During the incident, someone allegedly stole the victim’s Hi Point 9mm pistol from the console of his 2001 Dodge Ram. Clearfield Borough
- State police at Clearfield were assisted with attempting to locate a male who was involved in a “domestic situation” and who had fled the scene. He was later located by state police.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle being driven in the Daisy Street area. However, it had left prior to police arrival.
- Police assisted emergency medical services with traffic control along East Pine Street.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of trespassing along Dorey Street.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft on Cemetery Road. Police later located an item that was removed and returned it to the owner. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police responded to the Clearfield County Fairgrounds, where children were reportedly playing on the grandstands. However, they’d fled prior to police arrival at the scene.
- Police responded to an alarm along North Second Street. Upon arrival, police located an employee who had accidently set off the alarm.
- Police stopped a vehicle along West Front Street and determined a passenger had a warrant through the department. Police said it was resolved at the scene.
- Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and determined the driver had an active arrest warrant through the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office. The male was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office and taken to the county jail.
- Police arrested a female along Nichols Street after she was found to have an active warrant through Domestic Relations. She was transported to the jail on the warrant.
- Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation along River Road and allegedly located drugs and drug paraphernalia on the driver.
- Police responded to a report about a male who was outside yelling on South Fourth Street. Upon arrival, police advised the male of the complaint.
- Police handled a parking complaint along Daisy Street.
- Police were dispatched to the area of East Market and Third streets for a report about glass that had fallen onto the sidewalk. Police taped off the area until the owner of the building could fix the windows.

Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about a civil property dispute in the area of Clark Street. Police advised the person to file paperwork with the magistrate’s office.
- Police received a report about an alleged physical domestic dispute in the area of Clark Street. Police cited one person for assault.
- Police received an animal complaint that occurred at the Lawrence Park Village.
- Police received a noise complaint due to four-wheelers in the area of Mount Joy Road.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment in the area of Montgomery Run Road.
- Police received a report about intoxicated people on Lawhead Street.
- Police received a report about a motorist who was possibly under the influence in the area of Washington Avenue. Upon arrival, police were unable to locate the motorist in the area.
- Police received a report about suspicious people at a local business on Race Street. Police checked the area, but the people were gone upon their arrival.
- Clearfield Borough police were assisted with searching for a missing female.

Decatur Township
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment. A 19-year-old man allegedly harassed a township resident, and charges are currently pending at this time.
- Police would like to remind residents to obey all traffic laws and to be respectful to others on the roadways due to the change in weather. Police would also like to ask all-terrain-vehicle riders to obey the laws.
- Police are investigating an alleged fleeing and eluding dirt bike rider; the incident occurred on the Troy-Hawk Run Highway and U.S. Route 322. Anyone with information is asked to contact township police.
- Police received a report about a vehicle in the ditch in the area of Keystone Hill and Frog Hollow roads. At the scene, a male was allegedly under the influence and taken into custody.
- Police received a burning complaint that occurred in the 3000 block of Six Mile Road. Police located the property owner and asked them to extinguish the fire. Police then cleared the scene without incident.

Morris-Cooper Regional
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of trespassing from a Morris Township camp owner. Police said that during the incident, people were riding six side-by-sides on a male’s property. When he confronted them, a bag of clothes came off a side-by-side. The owner can pick up the bag at the Morris-Cooper Regional Police Department.
- Police received a report about dirt bikes being driven on Empire Road through Hawk Run. The red/white and blue/white dirt bikes were also seen on Hardscrabble Road in Munson. Anyone who knows these riders is asked to call police at 814-765-1533.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a 72-year-old male. Upon arrival, police found everything to be OK.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a 66-year-old resident. Police said they were located out of town and safe.
- Police responded to a traffic violation that occurred on Maple and Main streets in Winburne. Police handled the situation at the scene.
DuBois City
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle parked behind a building on West Park Avenue. Upon arrival, police found an occupant was playing Pokemon Go.
- Police received a report about a stolen vehicle at the Penn State DuBois campus. According to police, a female stated her vehicle was gone from where she’d left it the previous night. Police later learned it’d been taken by her daughter.
- Police received a report about multiple juveniles jumping on picnic tables in the City Park. Upon arrival, police warned the juveniles about their actions.
- State parole officials were assisted with a warrant service.
- Police received a report about a disorderly patient at the Penn Highlands Hospital. According to police, a female was upset about a mix-up in appointments. Upon arrival, police calmed her down and worked out an acceptable course of action to remedy the mistake.
- Police received a report about a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival, police found everything to be OK, and that the call was placed by mistake.
