PENFIELD – The 29th High Country Arts & Craft Fair will be held from 10 a.m. – 5.pm. July 9 at S.B. Elliott State Park. The park is located about a half-mile from Interstate 80, Exit 111, on Route 153.
There will be 150 vendors offering hand-crafted wares and collectibles. Musicians and other entertainers will perform throughout the day.
Chicken barbecue dinners, prepared by the Clearfield Elks, will be available at a cost of $9.
Dinner tickets can be purchased in advance at the Elks Lodge through July 8 or at the event. Many other food items will also be sold that day.
Because the event is held on publicly-owned state park grounds, all of the proceeds are passed on to the benefit of about two dozen local charities and organizations.
While the dinners and other food items are offered for sale, admission, shuttle service from the parking lots and the entertainment are all free of charge.
