Patricia B. Neal of Falls Creek died at Christ the King Manor in DuBois surrounded by her family May 17, 2017. She was 80 years old.
She was born Nov. 25, 1936 in Reynoldsville to the late Ira and Jane (Deemer) Bailey.
She was a 1954 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.
On March 16, 1956 in Winchester, Va., she married James E. Neal. They welcomed four wonderful children into the world.
Mr. and Mrs. Neal loved to spend time together with their continuously growing family, traveling, especially to the beach, cooking, reading and socializing with their large group of friends.
She was a dedicated employee of Vision Cable in DuBois until she retired in 1995. She was a member of the Falls Creek Eagles and the Reynoldsville American Legion.
She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, Nana, sister and friend. She spent all her time building life-long memories with her family and friends. Her infectious laugh and spirit will live on with all those who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Terri Kellar and her husband, Bill of Punxsutawney, Steve Neal and his wife, Mary of Penfield, Joni Genevro and her husband, Geno of Brockway and Richard Neal and his wife, Pamela of Brockway; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Beverly Lucas of Sigel, Kay Roseman of Pittsburgh and Lorna Laska of Erie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Neal; brothers, Richard L. Bailey and Paul Bailey; and sister, Sandy Bailey.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc. with Joseph L. Buterbaugh officiating. Burial will be in Beechwoods Cemetery.
