CLEARFIELD – Lock Haven University’s Clearfield campus will host an Arts and Craft Fair from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. May 20 (rain date is June 3).
The outdoor event will feature artisans, make-and take stations for children, food and music.
The event will benefit the Helen Hummel Memorial Book Fund. Hummel served as the director of nursing and dean of the campus for 25 years.
To date, more than 25 art, craft and food vendors will be on hand with more expected.
The music performances will include singer/song writer Elmira-Hope (10:15 a.m.), the Curwensville Elementary Sixth-Grade Ukulele Ensemble (11 a.m.), CAST – Clearfield Choral Society, High Voltage and cast members of the Buddy Holly Story, anticipated, (12 p.m.), The Clearfield Community Band (1:35 p.m.) and The Sandy Lick Mountain Dulcimer Players (2:35 p.m.).
The community is invited to bring lawn chairs and spend the day at LHU Clearfield.
