Joann M. Bryan, 82, of Osceola Mills died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at her home.
Born March 24, 1935 in Pottsville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Bert and Doris (Ridgeway) Mathews.
She married Gerald L. Bryan on Feb. 28, 1953 in Osceola Mills. He preceded her in death Aug. 14, 2012.
Mrs. Bryan was a member of the Centre United Methodist Church in Osceola Mills. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Larry Josefik; an infant great-grandson, Trevor Hubler; and four brothers, James, Bert Jr., Donald and John Mathews.
She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Franek of Drifting, Denise Dillon of Philipsburg and Delores Hudson of Sandy Ridge; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills with Pastor Jennifer C. Heikes officiating. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. Friday until funeral time at the funeral home.
