Jerome M. Nevling has announced his candidacy for re-election to the position of Magisterial District Judge for District 46-3-03.
He has held the position since January 2, 2012 and his District Court office is located at 131 Rolling Stone Rd., in Kylertown.
Prior to being elected as district judge, his career was in law enforcement. He worked as an officer for the Chester Hill Borough and Sandy Township Police Departments, as well as 22 years as a deputy sheriff for the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office.
He was certified in 2005 to hold the position of magisterial district judge and then recertified in 2011 upon election to the position.
He wishes to thank all the people in his district for their support, which enabled him to serve as their judge. He remains set in his promises to the people that he will be fair and impartial to all cases, which come before him.
In addition, Nevling and his staff will continue to run his office and court in an efficient and professional manner and ready to assist the public in any dealings they may have with the minor court system.
