Thomas Charles Harris, 72, of Osceola Mills died Friday, April 7, 2017 at his home.
Born Feb. 2, 1945 in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Frederick and Venita (Wells) Harris.
He was married to Maureen R. (Gallagher) Harris, who survives in Boston, Mass.
Mr. Harris was of the Christian faith.
He was retired from the Department of Works City of Malden, Mass. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 5020 in Osceola Mills, the American Legion Post 437 in Philipsburg and the L.O.O. Moose 327 in Houtzdale.
He is survived by one daughter, Autumn Lyn Harris of Boston, Mass.; one son, Alec Kenneth Harris of Boston, Mass.; and four sisters, Louise Tata, Dorothy Ardus, Betty Winters and Beverly Bradley, all of Niagara Falls, NY.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills.
Military honors will be accorded by the Osceola Mills Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Boston, Mass.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. Wednesday until the funeral time at the funeral home.
