It didn’t look like baseball weather, and it didn’t feel like baseball weather.
Friday’s scheduled game between the Curwensville Golden Tide and the visiting West Branch Warriors was not happening due to the rain that hit the area Thursday night, then changed to a light snow Friday morning. Â The snow continued into the afternoon, forcing the postponement. Â It’s the third postponed game for Curwensville, who was idle all last week due to rain and field conditions.
Curwensville (0-3) is back in action on Monday. Â The Tide will travel to face Brockway, whom they were slated to face on March 30, but were postponed due to weather.
