State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred Monday on William Street in Ramey. During the incident, someone allegedly took the victim’s bank card from her vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Sunday on Fourth Avenue in Curwensville. During the incident, a 37-year-old man, Kurtis L. Bumbarger, allegedly forced his way inside of the victim’s residence by shoving her while she was blocking his entry. Charges have been filed through the district court as a result.
State police at DuBois
- Robert J. Norris, 30, failed to register under the requirements of Megan’s Law after leaving Just for Jesus on Jan. 2. A warrant has been issued for Norris and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the state police at DuBois at 814-371-4652.
State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Tuesday at a Curtin Street residence in Philipsburg. During the incident, a 46-year-old Philipsburg man and the victim allegedly engaged in a physical altercation, which resulted in broken eyeglasses. Charges are being filed through the district court.
- State police reported a drug-related incident Tuesday on Route 322 in Rush Township. According to state police, a trooper conducted a traffic stop and discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia on a juvenile. Charges will be filed through the district court.
Clearfield Borough
- Police responded to a report of a child screaming on East Cherry Street. Upon arrival police found everything to be OK.
- Police received a report about medication that was allegedly removed from a residence along East Pine Street.
- Police assisted a motorist who had locked their keys inside their vehicle along Leavy Avenue.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Daisy Street.
- Police received a report about a domestic dispute on Log Cabin Road. Police cleared the scene without incident.
- Police received a report about a single-vehicle rollover accident that occurred on the Rockton Mountain Highway.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute on Montgomery Run Road.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred on the Bloomington – Glen Richey Highway.
- Police received a report about a scam from a township resident.
- Police received a report about another alleged domestic dispute on Log Cabin Road.
- Police were dispatched back for another alleged domestic dispute on Log Cabin Road.
- Police received a report about a two-vehicle, non-reportable accident at the intersection of the Hyde light and Route 879.

- Police received a report about a fight on Valley View Drive. As a result, officers took a 39-year-old intoxicated man into custody and put him in the county jail on a 48-hour detainer. Charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were filed against him.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle at Wal-Mart.
Curwensville Borough
- Police received a report about several bad checks at a local establishment. It remains under investigation at this time.
- Police are investigating an alleged incident of road rage that occurred on Schofield Street.
- Police investigated a vehicle accident that occurred on Walnut Street.
- Police assisted code enforcement with a civil issue.
- Police received a complaint about reckless driving on Route 879.
- Police received a report about a disturbance on North Street. It was listed as unfounded.
- Police arrested a female for criminal trespass. She had a warrant through the county Sheriff’s Office and was taken to the county jail.
DuBois City
- Police were dispatched to a traffic accident at the intersection of DuBois Avenue and Division Street. According to the report, it appears a vehicle struck another vehicle; this caused it to collide with a third vehicle. Then, the third vehicle collided with a fourth vehicle. Three vehicles were towed from the scene, police said.
- Police were dispatched to a hold-up alarm at Farmers National Bank. Upon arrival police were advised by tellers that everything was OK. Police conducted a search of the bank and checked to be sure each employee was accounted for.
- Police received a report about an intoxicated female that had left a business and was last observed in the area of South Brady Street near South Jared Street. However, officers were unable to locate a female matching the provided description.
- Police were dispatched for a report about a stray dog in the 500 block of Pifer Street. According to the report, a caller told police a small dog had jumped inside her vehicle and it was bleeding. When police arrived at the scene, they found a small, black dog that was bleeding profusely from a laceration on its neck. Police said it was running around inside the vehicle and would snap at anyone trying to get near it; the front of the vehicle was covered in blood. Police used a small kennel and the dog walked inside it. Before the scene was cleared, a female drove up and she was identified as the dog’s owner. She told police she was out looking for her dog, which had been missing for several days. It was taken to an emergency vet due to its severe laceration. Police are continuing the investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact 814-765-1533.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft that occurred on South Clark Street. Upon arrival the victim told police that someone had stolen four tires and a wheel and broken an antenna on his car. They had also bent the antenna on another car belonging to him. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
