Sheldon “Shed” Lee Graham, 74, of Clearfield died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017 at Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation in Curwensville.
Born June 17, 1942 in Pittsburgh, he was the only child of Clair and Ruby (Hassinger) Graham.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 515 of Osceola Mills and of Jaffa Shrine in Altoona. He also volunteered to deliver Christmas trees for Jaffa Shrine fundraisers.
He was the owner of Graham Motors and the Sheldon Graham Trucking Company. He loved motorcycles, hot rods, race cars and anything that went fast.
He also enjoyed horses and was an avid family man who loved all his children and grandchildren.
On June 6, 1960, he wed the former Marlene Owens in Hagerstown, Md.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Marlene Graham; son, Sheldon L. Graham Jr. and his wife, Tammy of Clearfield; and daughter, Laurie L. Landsberry and husband, Dave of Smyrna Beach, Fla.
Surviving are his grandchildren, Sheena Ojo and her husband, Fisayo, Melanie Davis, Sheldon Graham III, Tiffany Graham, and Kristy Graham and her boyfriend, Jeff Maines and eight great-grandchildren, Blake, Shay and Luke Graham, Morayo, Yeni and Tayo Ojo and Emily and Lexi Graham.
The funeral service will be Monday at the Reed Funeral Home in Houtzdale with Pastor Dan Osterhout officiating.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
A Masonic Funeral Service will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday and conducted by Masonic Lodge No. 515 in Osceola Mills.
Burial will be in the Stoneville Cemetery in Clearfield.
