Theresa Ann Billotte, 87, of Frenchville died Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 with her family by her side at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Billotte was born Sept. 24, 1929, the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Scherzer) Sayers.
She was a homemaker. She loved her dogs, flowers, gardening and most recently her cats.
Mrs. Billotte was a member of the St. Mary’s of Assumption Catholic Church of Frenchville.
She is survived by a sister, Mary Potter of Karthaus, a brother, Claude A. Sayers or Philipsburg and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald Gabriel Billotte, to whom she was married June 27, 1951; four brothers, James, Donald, Frederick and John Sayers; and five sisters, Eleanor Redenbach, Helen Muttersbough, Ursula Sayers, Mildred Sayers and Loretta Jean Sayers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11 a.m. Friday, at the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church of Frenchville with the Rev. David A. Perry Jr. as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the hour of mass Friday at the church.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church, St. Mary’s Lane, P.O. Box 159, Frenchville, PA 16836 or the Clearfield County SPCA, 275 21st St., Clearfield, PA 16830.
