HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf has reminded Pennsylvanians that Act 5 of 2016 is now in effect, which expands criminal record sealing for many low-level misdemeanors in Pennsylvania to reduce recidivism, relieve the pardon system and provide ex-offenders greater opportunity to join the workforce.

CLEARFIELD – A Clearfield teen, Sadie Anne Jenkins, who has been missing since Oct. 6, has been located by authorities, according to Lawrence Township police.

CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police arrested Willie Lunsford, 31, of Philadelphia on Tuesday, who was wanted on a parole warrant. Police also say he will be facing charges for allegedly being found with heroin.

Charges have been filed against a Morrisdale man for allegedly setting a pick-up truck on fire to conceal misusing his fire company’s funds, according to court paperwork filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Jerome Nevling.
