Barbara R. Ireland, 78, of Philipsburg died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 at Ridgeview Elder Care.
She was born Jan. 30, 1938 in Clearfield, the daughter of the late Marjorie Kramer.
She was Methodist by faith. She enjoyed gardening, canning, sewing and crocheting.
She is survived by her four children, Richard and his wife, Gloria Ireland of Clearfield, Carey and his wife, Cindy Ireland of Reading, Kristi Gerald of Philipsburg and Kevin and his wife, Denise Ireland of Wallaceton.
She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and former husband, Kenneth Ireland.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home Inc. with the Rev. John White officiating. Burial will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
