CLEARFIELD – Local music group, Athirst, is hosting a night of worship and music featuring Brothers Maines, Not Ashamed, New Covenant, and more to be announced.
It will be held at the Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre (CAST), located at 112 E. Locust St., Clearfield, on Nov. 11. The show starts at 7 p.m.; doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
This benefit is to raise money to support #TeamEmmy. It is a group raising awareness and funds for Ataxia Telangietasia (A-T), a rare disorder, which affects the nervous system, immune system and other various body systems.
Emmy is a 10-year-old girl who was diagnosed with A-T at 15 months old. To join Team Emmy or learn more about A-T, visit the Facebook page A-T Clearfield (Team Emmy).
A freewill offering will be taken at this event as a donation to Emmy and her family.
