CLEARFIELD – During a public meeting Oct. 26, the Clearfield-Lawrence Joint Committee presented its proposal to consolidate Clearfield Borough and Lawrence Township and to create the City of Clearfield. Since then, the committee’s full presentation has been made available to the public.
