David Lee Cassick, 64, of Philipsburg died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born May 16, 1952, he was the son of the late John and Marie (Saltel) Cassick.
Mr. Cassick was of the Christian faith. He was employed at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Woodland and a 1971 graduate of the Philipsburg-Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cindy Cassick and a brother, Fred Isenberg.
He is survived by his companion, Judy A. Krause of Philipsburg; one son, Singin R. Cassick and his companion, Rebecca Murphy of Philipsburg; one sister, Linda Cassick of Johnstown; two brothers, Walter Isenberg of California and Charles Cassick of Johnstown; and two grandchildren, Jacoby Cassick and Roslyn Cassick.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at the New Castle Community Church in Osceola Mills with the Rev. James Walk officiating.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. Thursday until the funeral time at the church.
