STATE COLLEGE – Volunteers and staff from the American Red Cross Central Pennsylvania Region have been assisting those impacted by the storm that caused flooding in Centre County.
The Red Cross has been conducting disaster assessment in the impacted areas all this week and has been meeting with individuals affected to help them on their road to recovery.
