Lois J. Leach, 92, of DuBois and formerly of Reynoldsville, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016 at Christ the King Manor.
Born Jan. 6, 1924 in Helvetia, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Viola (Buhite) Hoare.
She was married to Eugene “Jim” Leach. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Sylvania in Emporium. She enjoyed playing dominoes, quilting, raising dachshunds and especially playing BINGO.
She is survived by a daughter, Lesa Pistner and her husband, Andy Sr. and a son, Eugene “Butch” Leach and his wife, Rosemary, all of Reynoldsville; a granddaughter she raised, Heidi Kuhn and her husband, John; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Hayes; two brothers, Ronald “Dale” Hoare and Donald Hoare; a grandson, Daniel Gearhart; an infant brother, Charles Hoare; and an infant sister, Donella Hoare.
There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
