Nittany Lion trio honored by Big Ten

After an upset with over No. 2 Ohio State, a trio of Nittany Lions were honored by the Big Ten Conference office with weekly accolades. Senior linebacker Brandon Bell brought Defensive Player of the Week for the third consecutive game, while the junior duo of Marcus Allen and Grant Haley shared Special Teams Player of the Week plaudits. Haley was also named the Big Ten’s Rose Bowl Game Player of the Week.
