Kathleen M. Conklin, 71, of Clearfield died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at UPMC Altoona.
She was born Dec. 4, 1944 in Spring Valley, a daughter of the late Oliver Glenn and Mabel Mae (Woodside) Williams.
She retired as a legal secretary after working most of her life with Kramer and Marsh Law Office and Attorney John Ayres, both of Clearfield.
She had also volunteered and worked at the American Red Cross. The love of her life was her family.
She was a past member of Spring Valley United Methodist Church, West Decatur.
She is survived by three daughters, Cindy and Stephen Catalano of Pittsburgh and Susan and Brian Snyder and Lorrie Rimel, both of Clearfield.
She is survived by nine grandchildren, Stephanie Rimel, Jennifer, Kyle and Lauren Dixon, Nicole Hynd and her husband, Brian, Kimberlee Conklin and her husband, Lawrence Jr., Derrick Snyder and his wife, Shannon, and Bront and Owen Strickland three great-granddaughters, Miley Hynd, Jayda Conklin and Aubrey Snyder.
She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Rebecca Williams of Jeanette and two brothers, Donald and Norma Williams of Olanta and Steven and Sandy of Spring Valley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Williams Sr.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with the Rev. Thomas L. Harmic officiating. Burial will be in the Woodside Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
