Charlotte P. Ballarotto, 76, of Clearfield and formerly of Ansonville, died Sept. 21 2016 in Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
She was born in Ansonville, the daughter of Earl Peterson and Helen Miller Peterson.
She was a member of Fruit Hill Presbyterian Church.
She worked as a school bus driver for H.V. Camberg Services and as a salesperson for Leyo’s IGA. She also had worked for Curtis Wright, Piper Aircraft in Quehanna.
Surviving are her husband, Vincent Ballarotto of Clearfield; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Tony Waslosky of Grampian; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Alan Lash of Curwensville; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Bernard Oravec of State Collage; son and daughter-in-law Vincent and Mihaela Ballarotto of Columbia, Md.; and son, David of Pittsburgh.
Also surviving are her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Jacqueline Peterson, brother and sister-in-law, William and Jane Peterson and sister, Nancy and Bernard Mann, all of Irvona; granddaughters, Courtney Holes, Jennifer Hamilton, Erica Ballarotto and Kylye Dixon; grandsons, Justin Hamilton and Jake Waslosky; and great-grandchildren, Aubree Hamilton, Gaven Wood, Brayden and Garrett Dixon and Riley and Janelle King.
She was preceded in death by father, Earl Peterson, mother, Helen Miller Peterson and sister, Shirley McCoy.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Friday, at the Lloyd-Dimmick Funeral Home Inc., Irvona.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Leann Peters officiating. Burial will follow in the Fruit Hill Cemetery, New Millport.
