Anna Mae Orges, 85, of North Olmsted, Ohio died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016 at her residence. Born March 10, 1931 in Yatesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna Lucas Radomsky.
She wed Edward Anthony Orges, who preceded her in death on Aug. 5, 2008. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor Pecosh.
Surviving are a daughter, Michele Orges and her companion, David Andersen of Westlake, Ohio and grandchildren, Michael Shuttler and his wife, Kim and their son, Henry of Olmsted Falls, Ohio and Kate Shuttler and her companion, Ben Williams III of Lakewood, Ohio.
Also surviving are a sister, Jane Woodridge of Bellefonte; a brother, Jack Radomsky and his wife, Karen of Allport Cutoff; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Orges was a member of the St. John’s the Baptist Orthodox Church, Hawk Run. She was a retired English school teacher for the Cleveland Schools where she taught for 35 years.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at St. John’s the Baptist Orthodox Church, Hawk Run, with the Very Rev. Father Peter Benyo as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Family and friends will be received from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
