Spikes’ Spinelli earns NYPL strength coach award

State College Spikes strength and conditioning coach Frank Spinelli has received the 2016 New York-Penn League Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year award from the Professional Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coaches Society (PBSCCS).
