CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Area United Way board members Michele Fannin and Martha Tylwalk are among the volunteers who have started to prepare letters for the upcoming fall community campaign.
This year’s campaign will help to support 24 local member agencies throughout eastern, southern and central Clearfield County. The campaign goal is to raise $236,000.
Campaign Chairman Greg M. Dixon commented, “We hope everyone in the communities we serve will make a donation to help us continue to reach out and help others.
“If you don’t receive a letter, we hope you will still help us by mailing a tax deductible donation to: United Way, 18 N. Second St., Suite 4, P.O. Box 1430, Clearfield, PA 16830.”
As well, an orientation for some of the more than 75 campaign volunteers will be held in the next few weeks.
