Scott P. Seger, 58, of Curwensville died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016 at his home.
He was born March 17, 1958 in Clearfield, a son of the late George S. and Shirley (Thomas) Seger.
He was employed as a mechanic at Jim Seger’s Garage, Grampian, and was Christian by faith.
He is survived by his wife, Lorie L. (Haag) Seger, to whom he was wed Aug. 3, 1991 in Lumber City.
He is also survived by three sisters, Carole Tormey and her husband, Ralph of Limestone, Tenn., Barbara Lloyd and her husband, Harley of Erwin, Tenn., and Crystal Brunetti and her husband, John of Olanta; four nieces, Michelle Garrou of North Carolina, Courtney Seger of Curwensville, Autumn Peacock of Virginia and April Miller of South Dakota; and a nephew, Matthew Seger of Curwensville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, George ‘Rod’ Seger and his sister, Ann Seger.
There will not be any public visitation or services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Penn Highlands DuBois Hospice, 100 Hospital Ave., DuBois, PA 15801.
