Barbara J. McCorkle, 89, of Clearfield died Monday, Aug. 15, 2016 at the Mountain Laurel Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield.
She was born Oct. 7, 1926, a daughter of the late Robert Ray Sr. and Myrtle (Hooven) Ray.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theron B. McCorkle.
At the request of Mrs. McCorkle, there will be no public visitation or funeral services.
Burial will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, is in charge of the arrangements.
