CLEARFIELD – Gregory M. Dixon, market executive of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce the recent graduation of Eric White from the bank’s management training program.
The management training program was developed to provide the participant with the knowledge of CNB’s banking fundamentals. The training consists of both in-house classroom and on-the-job learning experiences.
Trainees are assigned a specified amount of time in departments of the bank in order to observe and serve in various capacities.
This allows trainees to acquire a working knowledge of individual operations and management styles. This structured program normally lasts for a period of six months.
White began his career at CNB in January as a management trainee. Since completing the program in June, he’s been promoted to community office assistant manager at the bank’s main office in downtown Clearfield.
“Eric’s positive attitude combined with his thorough understanding of CNB’s banking options through his management training make him a terrific addition to CNB,” said Dixon. “He works hard daily to exceed our customers’ expectations.”
A native of Clearfield, White is a 2012 graduate of Clearfield Area High School and a 2016 graduate of Clarion University where he received his Bachelor’s in business management and human resources.
While at Clarion, White was the president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). It is the organization that votes on proposed NCAA legislation and new rules each year affecting student athletes.
