Cross, Edman power Spikes to 2-1 win

Carson Cross delivered six stellar innings on the mound, and Tommy Edman’s fifth-inning solo home run proved to be the difference as the State College Spikes bested the Williamsport Crosscutters, 2-1, on Thursday night at BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field.
