“Holmes! The Musical”

Holmes! the Musical, written by State College playwright Jerry Sawyer, is an original musical about Sherlock Holmes with music by Jerry Sawyer, arrangements by Matthew Doebler and Steve Dixon, and vocal arrangements by Mary Beth Geppert. Performances will be July 21-23 at 7:30 p.m.
Corner Concert
Downtown Clearfield
Twenty-year-old, Megan McGarry, has earned the right to be called a distinguished, up-and-coming American Roots artist.
She is an award-winning, multi-instrumentalist (fiddle, claw-hammer-banjo and guitar), a notable vocalist and a very talented songwriter.
These talents were all amalgamated into her debut album that was released in July of 2015. She has just completed her second year at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mass.
McGarry will perform a Corner Concert Friday at the Shaw Park in downtown Clearfield. It will begin at 7 p.m.
Corner Concerts happen every Friday night and feature a different genre of music each week.

You can enjoy “Deacons of Dixieland” – July 28, “Clearfield Community Band” – Aug. 4, and “Sharptones” – Aug. 18. Aug. 11 and Aug. 25 are to be announced. Please bring your own chair and some bleacher seating is available for approximately 100 people. In case of inclement weather, concerts will try to be rescheduled.
