CLEARFIELD – Budget programs are going to be available through the Salvation Army of Clearfield and CNB Bank from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. the first and third Wednesday of each month, beginning in September.
With CNB qualified banking associates, the Salvation Army and CNB Bank have teamed up to offer free financial advice and mentoring.
The open hours are for people to stop by and ask a couple questions or come regularly and get budgeting guidance. This is only advice and banking associates cannot be held liable for financial struggles.
