CLEARFIELD – A “Tools 4 School” community event will be held Aug. 11 at the Clearfield Salvation Army, located at 119 Byers St.
It will be held from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and will feature family activities, community agencies with school supplies, face painting, haircuts and “Touch A Truck.”
Hot dogs, cotton candy and other foods will be available for free. It is a free community event for all school-aged kids without any income guidelines.
To attend, please pre-register by calling the Salvation Army. Children must be pre-registered to receive a backpack and school supplies.
Parents should pre-register their children before July 20. Please call 814-765-4981 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
