CLEARFIELD – Kid’s Day at the Clearfield County Fair was originally to feature the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) as the free show at the main stage on Aug. 2.
The ninja turtles recently notified the Fair & Park Board that they must cancel their appearance.
The Smurfs are now scheduled to perform a 15- to 20-minute show to be followed by a meet-and- greet at the David H. Litz Grove Stage.
Gate admission on Kid’s Day is free to all ages until 11 a.m. A ride band can also be purchased for $6 until the same time.
A kid’s pedal tractor pull contest, a whipped cream pie-eating contest and the Mint Condition kid’s fitness zone obstacle course are scheduled to be held in the Grove area.
Dan & Gala Variety Show & Mutual Friends are also scheduled to perform on the Grove Stage. See the full schedule at www.clearfieldcountyfair.com for times.
