CLEARFIELD – Clothing items are being collected for distribution to Clearfield Borough and Lawrence Township residents who were affected by the severe flooding earlier this month.
The clothing drive is being hosted by Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church of Clearfield at the Expo I Building, located across from the grandstand, at the Clearfield Driving Park.
Organizers will be accepting clothing donations from 12:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. through Thursday and are still trying to identify additional victims. Clothing items should be clean and without stains and holes.
Friday will be a closed distribution day for families who were most affected by the flood. Then, on Saturday clothing distribution will be open to all other flood victims, organizers said.
