All-Sports Museum to host gallery talk with Elizabeth ‘Betz’ Hanley May 4

The Penn State All-Sports Museum will host Elizabeth “Betz” Hanley at noon May 4 in the gymnastics exhibit for its fifth gallery talk of 2016. Hanley, who coached the Penn State gymnastics team from 1968 to 1972, will share what it was like coaching in the early days of women’s gymnastics at Penn State when coaches recruited from their classes, her experiences coaching alongside the great Gene Wettstone, and her move to dance from gymnastics.
