CLEARFIELD – A large yard sale event featuring scratch and dent items that could not be sent to the Wal-Mart stores will be held May 6-7 to support Children’s Miracle Network at Geisinger.
At least 11 tractor-trailer loads of items have been donated by the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Woodland for the event.
The event will start at 8 a.m. at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds Expo Building 1 on Friday and in Expo Building 2 on Saturday.
The funds raised by this event will help to provide pediatric equipment, programs and services at Janet Weis Children’s Hospital and throughout Geisinger Health System.
