PHILIPSBURG – One of America’s foremost professional trumpeters, touring and recording artists, Chiz Rider, will be appearing in a free concert at Grace United Methodist Church Philipsburg, at 9 a.m. on May 8.
In 2011 he released his ninth album titled, “Live Worship.” Rider is touring with a newly designed concert that incorporates a high-impact light show along with large screen video enhancement. This is a concert experience that people of all ages will thoroughly enjoy, according to organizers.
While entertaining and professionally done, its focus and goal is to glorify Christ, to present the gospel, and to encourage believers, said organizers.
