Clearfield Borough
- Police received information that two juvenile females had engaged in a physical altercation, which was captured on video. The investigation continues into the fight, police said.
- Police responded to South Second Street for a report about a suspicious female who was walking near the road.
- Lawrence Township police were assisted with a drunken male who was allegedly causing a problem. The male was taken into custody and to the Clearfield County Jail.
- Police had a cell phone turned in and then located the owner.
- Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense and found that the driver was allegedly under the influence.
Lawrence Township
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a man who entered a local business and requested to use the phone. The caller told police the man was acting strangely.
- Police received a report about a possible intoxicated male at a local business off of Route 879. Further, police located the male and determined everything to be OK and requested he leave the business.
- Police received a parking complaint and possible traffic hazard at the intersection of Log Cabin Road and Old Erie Pike.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of a resident on Race Street. However, police determined it was an address in the borough.
- Police closed an investigation into an alleged retail theft after identifying suspects.
- Police received a report about a vehicle repo.
Sandy Township
- On Wednesday a man reported that someone took a drive shaft from a vehicle parked next to his garage on Sher De Lin Road. Police do not have any suspects at this time.
- A vehicle driven by a 37-year-old Rockton man backed out of a parking space on Hanes Drive and hit a vehicle owned by a 34-year-old Hanes Drive man, causing minor damage on Wednesday. No injuries were reported as a result, police said.
- On Wednesday a Hungry Hollow Road woman reported being harassed by a 36-year-old known woman. Officers handled the situation without incident.
- Police received a report about a man who was allegedly passed out in a vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot on Thursday. Upon arrival officers were able to get the 24-year-old Clearfield man to wake up. After field sobriety testing, he was transported to the police station for further testing and investigation. Charges were filed against him as a result, police said.
- A 71-year-old DuBois woman reported that while she was at Wal-Mart she left her walker in the area of the motorized scooters, while she shopped Thursday. When she came back for it, it was gone.
- Police responded to a report about an alleged domestic dispute Thursday on Rich Highway. Further, a 27-year-old woman told police that she and her estranged husband had a dispute, and he left the residence with their son and a gun. Prior to arrival, officers located the man and found that he and the 3-year-old were Ok. Upon arrival at the residence, the woman told police she and the man had a verbal argument.
- Police received a report about a false alarm at a Wasson Avenue residence Thursday.
