CLEARFIELD – Joshua Sass attended the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center (CCCTC) for two years and recently graduated in June of 2015. He was a student in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program.
During his time at CCCTC, he said the experience he gained was very helpful, especially the hands on training. The one thing Sass said helped him was the SerfSafe and OSHA certification that he earned while attending the CCCTC.
He is currently attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts, where he is using what he learned to further his education.
Sass is only one example of how CCCTC graduates use their education to strengthen the industry in their field of study.
