DUBOIS – All members of the public are invited to an Earth Day celebration at Penn State DuBois planned for 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on April 20, in the Multi-Purpose Building Gymnasium.
Nearly 20 conservation-oriented organizations will have exhibits at the event to provide information on a range of environmentally friendly initiatives, including those related to wildlife, clean water and air, recycling, gardening, and more. There will also be an educational session on best practices for planting trees.
Free food and door prizes will also be available.
This event is presented by the Penn State DuBois Eco Club and Green Team.
