Perry A. Fetcenko, 53, of West Decatur died peacefully surrounded by his loving wife, mother and children Monday, April 4, 2016 at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He is survived by two children, Andrew Fetcenko and his wife, Brianna of West Decatur and Amanda Kelly and her husband, Shane of Osceola Mills; three grandchildren, Riley Fetcenko, Ryen Fetcenko and Colton Kelly; and an aunt who helped raise him, Mildred Fetcenko of West Decatur.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, John Fetcenko Sr. and Marion Fetcenko.
