Cleo B. Welton, 84, of Osceola Mills died Friday, Feb. 19, 2016 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Carol Welton in Lancaster.
Born Sept. 8, 1931 in Sandy Ridge, she was the daughter of the late Harry A. and Mae (Miller) Keith.
She married Charles L. Welton Jr. on Aug. 23, 1953 in Osceola Mills. He preceded her in death on Nov. 15, 1995.
Mrs. Welton was of the Presbyterian faith. She was a homemaker and a 1950 graduate of the former Osceola Mills High School.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Ballosh and two brothers, Harold Keith and Harry Keith.
She is survived by two sons, Charles L. Welton and his wife, Carol of Lancaster and Richard E. Welton of Hiram, Ga.; three brothers, Edmond L. Keith and his wife, Reita of Danville, Glenn R. Keith and his wife, Bernie of Warren and Lon E. Keith and his wife, Dorothy of Osceola Mills. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with the Rev. Robert Bruinooge officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received at 11 a.m. Wednesday until the time of funeral service at the funeral home.
