ALTOONA – The Clearfield County Career & Technology Center’s chapter of SkillsUSA attended the District 7 Competition at the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center in Altoona on Jan. 15.
Twenty-two secondary students and one adult student competed in skills or leadership categories. Each participant is tested and competes against students from 10 other Career & Technology Centers from the central Pennsylvania area.
Those schools include Admiral Perry Vocational Technical School, Bedford County Technical Center, Central PA Institute of Science & Technology, Fulton County Area Vocational Technical School, Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center, Huntingdon County Career & Technology Center, Jefferson County-Dubois Area Vocational Technical School, Mifflin-Juniata Career & Technology Center and North Bedford High School as well as the CCCTC.

All first place winners will be eligible to compete at the SkillsUSA Pennsylvania State Conference in Hershey on April 13-15.
