The rock band Eagles of Death Metal are set to perform in Paris on Tuesday.
Three months have passed since the the U.S. band was on stage playing at the Bataclan concert hall in Paris when terrorists stormed the venue. The attack killed 89 people at the concert.
Since then the band has vowed to return to the city and finish the concert. They are set to perform at Olympia Hall in Paris.
“The people of Paris have always been incredible to us, and our feeling of love towards this beautiful city and its people has been reinforced a million times over this past month,” the band posted in a press release on their website.
“Hearing the stories of the survivors, the injured and those who have lost loved ones has been overwhelming. Not returning to finish our set was never an option. We look forward to coming back in February and continuing our mission to bring rock ‘n’ roll to the world.”
The band previously joined U2 on stage in Paris in December for one song. Their rescheduled European tour officially kicked off in Stockholm, Sweden, on Saturday night.
