Robert Marquis Struble, 72, a resident of Ridgeview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Curwensville, and formerly of Clearfield and New Jersey, died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016 at Ridgeview.
Born Aug. 31, 1943 in Philipsburg, NJ, he was the son of Marquis Peter and Dorothy Viola (Bodine) Struble. Mr. Struble was a truck driver for various companies; he was a U.S. Naval veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are a daughter, Kristine Williams and her husband, Matthew of Clearfield; two grandchildren, Amanda Williams and Michael Williams, both of Clearfield; a sister, Judy Collins and her husband, Robert of Bangor; and his former wife, Phyllis Cameron.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no public visitation and memorial services will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Patient Activity Fund of Ridgeview Elder Care, 30 Fourth Ave., Curwensville, PA 16833.
