Tractor-trailers and passengers seek refuge at Sapp Brothers Truck Stop in Clearfield Tuesday. With Interstate 80 closed from mile-marker 93 to 131, many motorists had no choice but to find a safe place to wait out the first major snow storm to hit the area this winter.
