DUBOIS – On Monday night, members of the DuBois City Council approved the 2016 budget without changing property taxes.
However, council eliminated the $10 per capita and resident taxes. Council also increased sewage rates for the upcoming year.
Council didn’t hear any comments during the public hearings that were held before the regular meeting.
Councilwoman Diane Bernardo was excused from the meetings.
Council will hold its reorganizational meeting at 10 a.m. Jan. 4.
