State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about a DUI-related accident that occurred Wednesday on Route 53 near Church Street in Morris Township. Further, an Osceola Mills man was traveling north when his vehicle went off the right side of the berm and upon a set of guiderails. Upon investigation state police allegedly determined the man was under the influence of alcohol. Charges will be filed through the district court, state police said.
- State police received a report about an alleged scam that occurred Wednesday at the Hillcrest Commons in Chester Hill Borough. Further, several males were allegedly traveling in a silver Honda Accord with New Jersey registration and soliciting services when they were not licensed to do so. State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an accident Monday on the Port Matilda Highway in Rush Township. Julia D. Baney of Woodland was traveling east when she lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a right-hand curve. Her vehicle subsequently struck an embankment. Baney wasn’t injured in the accident and was wearing her seatbelt, state police said.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of disorderly conduct that occurred Wednesday on Enterprise Drive in Rush Township. During the incident, a Nanty Glo resident allegedly caused a disturbance and was cited as a result.
- State police received a report about a hit-and-run accident that occurred Wednesday on Route 350 near Dale Road in Rush Township. Further, a gold Ford Fusion was reportedly rear-ended by a dark-colored pick-up truck, which fled the scene. State police believe the suspect vehicle will have heavy front-end damage. - State police received a report about the alleged theft of services that occurred Wednesday on Beaver Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, a Philipsburg man allegedly placed trash in the victim’s dumpster without permission.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of burglary that occurred Tuesday on Church Street in Corsica Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victim’s garage by removing a window/screen. Once inside they allegedly removed three coolers, beer, two speakers, a satellite radio, a tool set, window and screen.
