HARRISBURG – – State Sen. John N. Wozniak (D-Cambria/Clearfield/Bedford) has scheduled a “Walk with Wozniak” for Friday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. in Clearfield Borough.
“Our walks have proven to be useful because residents, business owners and officials can discuss local issues first-hand and directly refer to problems that impact them each and every day,” Wozniak said. “My walk in Clearfield will give me the chance to listen, learn and share my views.”
The “Walk with Wozniak” will begin at 1 p.m. at the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library, 1 S. Front St., Clearfield.
“I am hopeful that citizens from Clearfield and surrounding areas will join me for the walk.” Wozniak said. “All are invited to share a small portion of the afternoon on Friday.”
The senator said local residents are encouraged to join in the walk and provide thoughts on the state budget, education, jobs, transportation and other issues.
